From July 2022 to present, the company's aluminum intelligent manufacturing base construction project has been carried out, with a total investment of 356.18 million yuan, a total land area of 127.8 acres, and a building area of 100000 square meters. The company produces aluminum alloy ingots using 100% recycled scrap metal as raw material. Through the extension of the industrial chain, it connects upstream and downstream, from recycling scrap metal smelting to metal product manufacturing. It has transformed from a single material supply production enterprise to a rich terminal product production enterprise, gradually implementing the landing and production of electrical kitchenware production lines and new energy vehicle spare parts, forming an annual production capacity of 58000 tons of high-quality recycled aluminum, 3.5 million sets of electrical kitchenware, and 500000 sets of new energy vehicle spare parts. The annual sales revenue exceeds 1 billion yuan, and the profits and taxes reach 40 million yuan.
In 2024, the company will invest 30 million yuan to build a new production line with an annual output of 4 million aluminum die-casting pots, purchase intelligent and automated equipment, and create a digital die-casting workshop. By directly supplying aluminum water from the aluminum melting workshop to the die-casting workshop, energy consumption is effectively reduced and production losses are minimized. At the same time, the by-products such as aluminum slag and material handles generated in the die-casting process are uniformly recycled and reused in the aluminum melting workshop.
The company has established a complete quality management system and purchased advanced testing equipment such as spectrometers, tensioners, wear testers, and furnace temperature testers to ensure the quality of each production process. The company has passed the ISO9001:2015 quality management system IATF16949: A series of certifications, including the 2016 Automotive Quality Management System, were awarded the Dongyang Municipal Government Quality Management Innovation Award in 2024.
The company has a complete industrial chain, including two sets of melting furnaces, three oxidation automatic production lines, one automatic die-casting production line with 8 die-casting machines, and three coating lines, achieving a closed-loop system from waste aluminum to end products in the factory area. The intelligent automatic transformation of equipment and optimization of the overall production process have improved production efficiency and product quality.
